Black Beans With Cherry Tomatoes
You can have this healthy side dish on the table in 15 minutes.
- 1 15-ounce can black beans
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1/2-1 tsp red pepper flakes
Pour black beans along with their liquid into a large skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in the cherry tomatoes, salt, and oregano. Add 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, or more according to the the desired level of heat. Cook for 10 minutes.
