A few years ago, we wrote a book about cocktails. We included our favorite cocktail recipes from over the years, and wanted to introduce a special cocktail designed specifically for the book. Our goal was to make the drink somewhat healthy and to include gin. Thus, the Grace Cocktail was born.

Here is the recipe:

Grace Cocktail

2 oz. pomegranate juice
1 oz. gin
Splash of St. Germain (elderflower liqueur)
Twist of lemon

Pour pomegranate juice, gin and St. Germain into a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass. Add a twist of lemon.

If you try the Grace cocktail, take a photo and share it on Instagram with the hashtag #mostlymediterranean. We’d love to see how it turned out.
